Biodiesel Plant Packages

We have several packages for Biodiesel Plants. It comprises of Catalyst Reactor, Biodiesel Reactor, Settling and Washing Tanks. It includes a total package of drawings and data sheets. These are of following packages:

Biodiesel Plant 1 ton/day

This mini plant can be used for biodiesel production facility as well as for research and training purposes. The plant is a compact design, consisting major equipments such as degumming tank, mixing catalyst tank, reactor, washing tank, evaporators and drying tank. The plant is designed for easy operation and compact in size (hence it can be installed in relatively small area/room). Utility requirements are electricity (for motors& pumps), steam generator (small size boiler) for heaters, and cooling water system (for coolers & condensers).

Biodiesel Plant 3 ton/day

The plant is a compact design, consisting major equipments such as deguming tank, mixing catalyst tank, reactor,washing tank, evaporators, distillation unit and drying tank. The plant is designed for easy operation and compact in size (hence it can be installed in relatively small areal room). The plant may be attached to the existing CPO plant which provides utility requirements. Methanol recovery applies both evaporation and distillation, resulting high recovery yield. The methanol recovery unit can be placed indoor. The plant can also produce biodiesel using FFA recovered in the recovery unit.

Biodiesel Plant 10 ton/day

While delivering a larger capacity and bigger in size, this Plant still maintains a compact design feature as in the smaller plants. The plant can be attached to the existing CPO plant which provides utility requirements.The group provides a wide range of engineering services from conceptual design through to fabrication, construction, operation, maintenance and decommissioning, including :
